Practice Information
Monday to Friday: The surgery is open from 8:00 am to 6.00 pm. Between 1-2 pm we put the telephone through to Devon Doctors who will pass any urgent phone calls onto our doctors. This allows an uninterrupted time for administration and training.
During exceptionally busy times your telephone call may be routed to an answerphone. Your message will be picked up within the hour and a member of staff will contact you.
Saturday: There is no Saturday surgery.
Out of Hours: If you telephone the surgery when closed you will be put straight through to the out of hours service. Doctors from Exmouth and Exeter work shifts to cover this service so there is always a doctor on call. There is a treatment centre at Exmouth Hospital and a doctor can visit when there is an emergency.
NHS Direct: For confidential healthcare advice and information, 24 hours a day, you can call NHS direct. This service is staffed by expert NHS nurses.
Children: Are always made very welcome
