Repeat Prescriptions
If you are on a regular repeat medication and your Doctor feels that your medicines can be repeated without seeing you each time, you will be given a computer repeat prescription slip. We are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
You can either hand in your request at the reception desk, post it to us, fax it on 01395 279282, or  to complete the online form
