Telephone Advice
 If it is felt appropriate the receptionist may be able to offer you a 'telephone appointment' when you can consult your doctor without having to travel to the surgery. A time will be arranged with you and the doctor will ring you back. Please remember that the receptionist will not be able to interrupt your doctor's surgery for you to speak to them immediately.
