Salaried GP/Experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) vacancy 4-6 sessions (over 3 days)

General practice in Devon is of a high standard, making it a great place to work. Education and learning are our core passions – we are a training practice caring for a growing list of 6600 patients with a varied demographic.
We are a close-knit team of 3 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, plus 1 GP retainer, who are supported by an in house First contact Physiotherapist (FCP) and a General Practice Assistant (GPA). We also have an experienced nursing team consisting of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse lead/Nurse prescriber, 2 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, 1 phlebotomist and a Registered Nursing Associate (RNA). We also have a fantastic management team consisting of our Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, and 2 office managers who are superbly supported by an administrative care navigation team. We are heavily involved with the local medical school and university and have a teaching ethos, with all GPs being trained to assess medical students, and 2 GP Partners as GP Trainers. We host GP registrars, medical students, student nursing associates and nursing students and we encourage continued professional development across the team. We offer a wide range of services (Inc. minor surgery, joint injections, contraception clinics and menopause clinics); the surgery promotes a patient centred approach to healthcare.
We are an active part of the WEB Primary Care Network (PCN) and this collaborative approach is supported by a PCN support team; with a lead manager, D&T lead, Wellbeing team, clinical pharmacist team, acute visiting paramedic; all working across the member practices.
We are heavily involved in research as a level 2 Practice and are always keen to welcome new clinicians to the team that may want to develop postgraduate skills.
The successful applicant will be offered a bespoke package to meet their working needs and future aspirations; partnership (associate or property sharing) opportunities are available in the future where desired.
